especially in relation to the modes of transport.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PNL was developed in 2006, through an idea between the national Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Defense for the emergence of new ideas for improvements in the Brazilian transport sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, through constant meetings and meetings with groups involved in transport processes, such as the federal government itself, logistics companies, transport companies, unions, among others, actions for change are discussed, checking the panorama, always seeking investments for that this sector follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Land transport (rail and highway);<\/li><li>Waterway Transport;<\/li><li>Air transport;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As land transport is the one that occupies a privileged place in the most used transport chain, it ends up being the one with the greatest focus in the National Logistics Plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, there are more than 200,000 km of highways and more than 30,000 km of <a href=\"https:\/\/massa.ind.br\/en\/transporte-ferroviario-de-cargas\/\">railroads<\/a> that need to be worked on and managed, as well as ideas for expanding the fleet and transport capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this sense, the Sectoral Plan for land transport, included in the National Logistics Plan, has certain specific objectives for these safety;<\/li><li>Sustainability;<\/li><li>Improve logistical performance;<\/li><li>Technological development;<\/li><li>Others.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The other sectoral plans also have similar objectives, always aiming to qualify the sectors in which they are responsible, naturally taking into account the needs and particularities of each transport mode being worked on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>National Logistics Plan 2035<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img solutions for the transport <a href=\"https:\/\/massa.ind.br\/en\/desafios-logisticos-no-brasil\/\">logistics sector<\/a> , constant technological advances, climate change, sustainability ideas, among other issues, end up requiring that public authorities in Brazil increasingly improve their ideas to improve this sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is in this sense that the National Logistics Plan 2035 (PNL 2035) emerged. Just like the traditional plan, the PNL 2035 aims to work in relation to transport logistics in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">However, this plan is considered more modern and suitable for the moment, as it aims to work on all available modes of transport, intermodality, cabotage system, among other aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea above the name of this plan is due to the deadline for the investments to be finalized. In this sense, the planning of the plan foresees heavy investments in the national transport system until the year 2035. It is estimated that more than 400 billion reais will be invested during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the 2035 National Logistics Plan, the idea is that national transport matrices find a greater balance than what we have today. With that, investments will be divided, and not just destined en masse to the highways, as was done in past decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the plan also establishes parameters for both the transport of people and cargo, ensuring that both will benefit from new investments, development of transport practices and other important gains.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we have seen, the National Logistics Plan is an important means that public authorities have to be able to increasingly improve the country's transport logistics. Apesar disso, as ferrovias possuem um papel fundamental em diversas regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds, pois possibilita um transporte mais barato, r\u00e1pido e eficiente. Os modais a\u00e9reo e dutovi\u00e1rio ficam em segundo plano nesse balan\u00e7o.&nbsp; Para que os setores de transporte nacional continuem se desenvolvendo, melhorando suas pr\u00e1ticas, aprimorando as tecnologias e encontrando solu\u00e7\u00f5es importantes para que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o consiga crescer conjuntamente, \u00e9 fundamental que existam esferas especializadas para saber como organizar e buscar essas solu\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 nesse sentido que precisamos falar do Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica, estabelecido pelo governo federal justamente para cuidar de quest\u00f5es como essas. Aqui,&nbsp; explicaremos sobre o que se trata, objetivos, nuances e futuro do Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica. O que \u00e9 o Plano nacional de log\u00edstica?&nbsp; O Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica (PNL) nada mais \u00e9 do que um planejamento estabelecido pelo governo para determinar quais ser\u00e3o as diretrizes de investimentos, inova\u00e7\u00f5es, mudan\u00e7as e continuidades no sistema log\u00edstico do pa\u00eds, principalmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos modais de transporte.&nbsp; O PNL foi desenvolvido em 2006, atrav\u00e9s de uma ideia entre o Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes nacional e do Minist\u00e9rio da Defesa para que surgissem novas ideias de melhorias no setor de transporte brasileiro.&nbsp; Dessa maneira, atrav\u00e9s de encontros e reuni\u00f5es constantes com grupos envolvidos nos processos de transporte, como o pr\u00f3prio governo federal, empresas de log\u00edstica, empresas de transporte, sindicatos, entre outras, s\u00e3o discutidas a\u00e7\u00f5es de mudan\u00e7as, verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do panorama, sempre buscando investimentos para que esse setor seja aprimorado, beneficiando todos os envolvidos. Quais os objetivos da PNL? Entendendo o que \u00e9 o Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica, fica mais f\u00e1cil de compreender e acompanhar quais s\u00e3o os principais objetivos desse plano nos \u00faltimos anos e nos anos futuros. De modo geral, o objetivo principal do Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica \u00e9 propiciar para os envolvidos uma base de dados o suficiente para que eles possam planejar adequadamente quais mudan\u00e7as devem ocorrer&nbsp; e quais caminhos seguir. Al\u00e9m disso, existem outros objetivos que s\u00e3o estabelecidos pelo pr\u00f3prio Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica, e que s\u00e3o expostos para conhecimento do p\u00fablico, tais como: Dentre as finalidades do PNLT est\u00e3o: Estabelecer uma base de dados do setor transporte; Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante dos dados, considerando as especificidades de cada regi\u00e3o; Suporte log\u00edstico no planejamento das empresas; Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos; Buscar solu\u00e7\u00f5es para aprimorar os modais aquavi\u00e1rios e ferrovi\u00e1rios por conta do custo-benef\u00edcio de ambos; Preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com quest\u00f5es ambientais nos processos de interven\u00e7\u00e3o log\u00edstica. Planos setoriais e seus objetivos Al\u00e9m de existir um plano concreto, que aborda todos os aspectos da log\u00edstica de transporte, apresentando ideias para mudan\u00e7as e inova\u00e7\u00f5es no setor, o plano tamb\u00e9m pode ser dividido em planos setoriais, que s\u00e3o os seguintes: Transportes terrestres (ferrovias e rodovias); Transportes aquavi\u00e1rios; Transportes a\u00e9reos; Como os transportes terrestres s\u00e3o os que ocupam um local privilegiado na cadeia de transportes mais utilizados, ele acaba sendo o que possui maior foco no Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica.&nbsp; Atualmente, existem mais de 200 mil km de rodovias e mais de 30 mil km de ferrovias que precisam ser trabalhados e administrados, al\u00e9m de ideias para amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da frota e da capacidade dos transportes. Nesse sentido, o Plano Setorial de transportes terrestres, inclu\u00eddo no Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica, tem certos objetivos espec\u00edfico para esses segmentos de transporte, tais como: Desenvolver a infraestrutura das vias; Trabalhar a seguran\u00e7a das vias; Sustentabilidade; Melhorar o desempenho log\u00edstico; Desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico; Outros. Os outros planos setoriais tamb\u00e9m possuem objetivos semelhantes, sempre visando qualificar os setores em que s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis, levando em conta naturalmente as necessidades e particularidade de cada modal de transporte que est\u00e1 sendo trabalhado.&nbsp; Plano nacional de log\u00edstica 2035 Apesar de o Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica apresentar solu\u00e7\u00f5es constantes de inova\u00e7\u00f5es para o setor log\u00edstico de transportes, o constante avan\u00e7o tecnol\u00f3gico, mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas, ideias de sustentabilidade, entre outros assuntos, acabam exigindo que as inst\u00e2ncias p\u00fablicas do Brasil aprimorem cada vez mais suas ideias para melhorar esse setor. \u00c9 nesse sentido que surgiu o Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica 2035 (PNL 2035). Assim como o plano tradicional, o PNL 2035 tem como objetivo o trabalho em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a log\u00edstica de transporte do Brasil. Entretanto, esse plano \u00e9 considerado mais moderno e adequado para o momento, visto que, tem como objetivo trabalhar todos os modais de transporte dispon\u00edveis, a intermodalidade, sistema de cabotagem, entre outros aspectos. A ideia em cima do nome desse plano \u00e9 devido ao prazo para que os investimentos sejam finalizados. Nesse sentido, o planejamento do plano prev\u00ea investimentos pesados no sistema de transporte nacional at\u00e9 o ano de 2035. A estimativa \u00e9 que sejam investidos mais de 400 bilh\u00f5es de reais durante esse per\u00edodo. Com o Plano Nacional de Log\u00edstica 2035, a ideia \u00e9 que as matrizes de transporte nacionais encontrem um equil\u00edbrio maior do que temos hoje em dia. Com isso, os investimentos ser\u00e3o divididos, e n\u00e3o apenas destinados em massa para as rodovias, como foi feito em d\u00e9cadas passadas.
