In other words, AMV is that diversion built on the railroad tracks that allows the train to move from one line to the other. You have most likely seen and misunderstood what they are for and how they work. Well, we are here to clarify these doubts, and to help you understand a little more about this important equipment on the railroad lines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AMV is composed of various accessories that, together, enable the mechanism to change the route for trains. For the construction of an AMV, a series of calculations must be carried out according to the basis available in the AMV table. Only after the studies and applications of these data is it possible for the apparatus to be assembled.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The composition of a switching device is complex, but we can present the main compositions of this structure. Alligators are possibly the most important pieces of the composition. For this very reason, they are also commonly called the \u201cheart\u201d of the railroad line.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alligators are the intersections of two tracks, mounted at the ends of each lane. The construction of this instrument can be done in several ways, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mobile alligators;<\/li><li>Bolted rail alligators;<\/li><li>Alligator with removable tip;<\/li><li>Massive alligator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The type of alligator that will be installed is directly linked to the way it is built. The most common processes that the alligator pieces go through are delivered and assembled on the tracks of a railroad are: casting, machining, cutting and screwing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The window frames are tools positioned at the ends, which make the wheels of the rails have to pass through at the points of intersection of the paths. Para esse tipo de estrutura, os c\u00e1lculos disponibilizados nas tabelas de AMV s\u00e3o mais simples, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o necessitam de aparelhagem motorizada.&nbsp; AMV de mola Esse equipamento \u00e9 composto por uma mola que realiza a troca da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do trilho. Ap\u00f3s a passagem dos trens, as molas voltam ao seu ponto de origem, juntamente com os trilhos.&nbsp; AMV com Controlador de Circuito El\u00e9trico O AMV com comando de circuito el\u00e9trico, como o nome j\u00e1 deixa bem claro, \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por comandos a partir de aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos.
